US Electronics Brand
The Situation
This brand had invested over £100,000 in an attempt to enter the UK and EU market. The effort had produced a compliance structure that was wrong for the way the business was actually operating, an Amazon launch that had generated poor reviews from customers who encountered a product experience the market was not ready for, and a VAT position that needed to be corrected before further trading could safely continue.
By the time we came in, the brand had stock in market, an account with damaged performance metrics, and no clear path forward.
What We Did
We started with an honest assessment of what had gone wrong and in what order it needed to be addressed. The compliance and VAT structure was rebuilt first. The Amazon account was stabilised - account health issues resolved, the listing rebuilt with accurate, localised content, and the advertising paused until the foundation was right. Once the operation was stable, we relaunched properly.
The Result
Over 1,000 units sold in the first six weeks of the corrected launch. A five-figure VAT rebate recovered from the previous incorrect structure. The brand is now scaling profitably across UK and EU marketplaces, with the operational and compliance foundation in place to support continued growth.

The Situation
This brand had a strong product range and solid B2B relationships but had lost effective control of their Amazon presence. What We Did
We took control of the Amazon presence - consolidating listings, establishing the brand as the primary seller, and removing the inconsistencies that had built up through unmanaged reseller activity. Once the UK presence was in order, we began the EU marketplace expansion: VAT and EPR setup across the relevant territories, localised listing content for each market, and the advertising infrastructure to build visibility in each new store.

The Situation
This brand held a significant European licence for a globally recognised name in the professional tools and equipment sector. They had the product and the brand recognition. What they did not have was a functioning Amazon UK operation - no Seller Central setup, no listings, no advertising, and no commercial infrastructure to start trading.
